SO APPARENTLY Jimmy, at some point, installed some kind of thing that grants you access to his lab if you have a 'recaller' a.k.a. those communication devices he gave to the other three that has been mentioned in the first game andisnevermentionedagainorsomehowthrownoutofexistenceinthefollowinggames
